Collect blood in a lavender EDTA tube

Transport Information:

Centrifuge and transfer 2.0 mL of EDTA plasma into a transport vial.

Minimum Sample Volume: Minimum amount of analytical sample (serum, plasma, urine, CSF, etc.) required to perform an assay once. Submitting the minimum volume makes it impossible to repeat the test or perform confirmatory or reflex testing. Stability Comments:

Centrifuge within whole blood within 24 hours of collection. Whole blood is stable for 24 hours at room temperature.
