Collection Information: 
Collect 6.0 mL of blood in a red serum or serum separator tube.

Transport Information: 
Transport 1.0 mL serum refrigerated in a plastic vial.

Minimum Sample Volume: 
3.0 mL blood/0.5 mL serum

Unacceptable Conditions: 
Gross Lipemia or Gross Hemolysis or does not meet collection, storage or transport requirements
